Kover: Universities must serve as strong basis of Hungarian cultural sovereignty

Hungarian universities must serve as strong basic institutions of Hungarian sovereignty in addition to successfully participating in the international higher education scene, the speaker of parliament said at an academic year opening event in Budapest on Monday. The structural changes under way in higher education serve that goal, Laszlo Kover said at the University of Veterinary Medicine.
