Kosice submits plea to forgive EUR 15 m debt to govt

Kosice mayor Jaroslav Polacek has asked Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini to forgive the city's 15.2 million euro debt, a remainder of a loan obtained for the city in 2014 by then mayor Richard Rasi (Smer-SD).
