Korcok: Sanctions against Belarus to be decided at extraordinary EU summit

This week's extraordinary European Union summit in Brussels will decide on the final version of the list of sanctions targeted against Belarus and whether or not President Alexander Lukashenko will be on the list, Slovak Foreign Affairs Minister Ivan Korcok said following the EU Foreign Affairs Council meeting on Monday. Korcok said that EU diplomats in the morning met Belarusian opposition leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, who was invited to Brussels by EU chief of diplomacy Josep Borrell.
