Korcok in talks with Vucic, other officials in Belgrade

February 9th, 2021

Slovakia expects Serbia, as the largest country in the Western Balkans region, to be an important and reliable factor in terms of stability, Foreign Affairs Minister Ivan Korcok said during his meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic in Belgrade on Monday, the Foreign Affairs Ministry's press department said. During his visit to Serbia, Korcok also met his Serbian counterpart Nikola Selakovic. Their talks were aimed at evaluating bilateral cooperation and current political issues related to the accession process and the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue. Selakovic in this context praised Slovakia's active role in Serbia's EU accession process.
