The Slovak Constitution is a fundamental state-defining document, which belongs to free citizens and guarantees that no one, not even state bodies, stands above the law, chief of Slovak diplomacy Ivan Korcok said on the occasion of Constitution Day on Tuesday. "This is the principle of the rule of law, applied at home. I, for one, however, consider it also a rather important principle that serves as the cornerstone of our foreign affairs policy as well," Korcok said on Facebook.
