Korcok congratulates Belarusian opposition on winning Sakharov Prize

Slovak Foreign Affairs Minister Ivan Korcok on Thursday congratulated the Belarusian democratic opposition for winning this year's Sakharov Prize for Freedom of Thought, which it received from the European Parliament. "Congrats to democratic opposition in Belarus for winning this year European Parliament Sakharov Prize!" Korcok said on Twitter. "Truly deserved honour for defending Human Rights & Fundamental Freedoms by brave women, political & civil society figures in Belarus. Slovak support for democracy in Belarus continues."
