Kollar: Passing of constitution watershed in Slovak history

The passing of the Slovak constitution was undoubtedly the watershed in modern Slovak history, Parliamentary Chair Boris Kollar said on the occasion of Slovakia's Constitution Day on Tuesday. Kollar had originally planned to put the first edition of the Constitution on display for the public in Parliament during its open day on Tuesday, but the event was cancelled due to epidemiological measures to contain the spread of Covid-19.
