Kollar, Kolikova reach compromise on amendment to collusive custody

We Are Family head Boris Kollar said on Wednesday that Justice Minister Maria Kolikova and his party have agreed on the wording of a draft amendment that is expected to adjust the length of custody to prevent witness and evidence collusion, also referred to as collusive custody. According to Kollar, if the government approves the draft amendment in question, We Are Family will withdraw a motion to the same effect that was submitted to parliament by We Are Family MP Petra Hajselova.
