Kollar convenes special parlt session on DCA for Tuesday

Parliamentary Chair Boris Kollar has already convened a special parliamentary session with the Defence Cooperation Agreement signed between Slovakia and the United States being the sole item on the agenda, according to an invitation published on Parliament's website. Slovakia and the US signed the Defence Cooperation Agreement (DCA) in Washington on Thursday evening. Defence Minister Jaroslav Nad signed it on behalf of Slovakia, while Secretary of State Antony Blinken did so for the US. Slovak Foreign Affairs Minister Ivan Korcok was also present at the ceremony. The agreement has yet to be approved by the Slovak Parliament and ratified by the Slovak president.
