Convicted businessman Marian Kocner has been charged with having ordered the murders of three former prosecutors, which eventually did not materialise, the daily Dennik N said on Monday. In January, Kocner was convicted of forgery of bills of exchange in an unrelated case. He is to spend 19 years in prison. Originally he also faced charges of having ordered the murder of investigative journalist Jan Kuciak and his fiancee. He was acquitted of the charge, but recently the Supreme Court ruled that he should be prosecuted again.
