The events in Kazakhstan including the foreign intervention will have a long-term and international security impact, Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky (Pirates) told the Chamber of Deputies foreign affairs committee today. Lipavsky said the Central Asian country was coming to terms with the biggest internal crisis throughout its independence.
