Justice minister says new EU climate package will ruin Poland

Poland's justice minister has said the Polish government cannot agree to the cost of the new EU's climate package because it would "impoverish Poles". The 'Fit for 55' package's purpose is to update the EU's 2030 climate and energy laws to reflect the 55 percent net emissions reduction target that the EU set for 2030.
