Judge Zaleska respects decision of Smer reps to file complaint against her

Addressing a plan by Smer-SD lawmakers to file a criminal complaint against her for bending the law in connection with her decision to convict ex-special prosecutor Dusan K. on Monday, Specialised Criminal Court judge Pamela Zaleska told TASR on Tuesday that she respects the rights of others and that she was aware of her judicial duties. "I haven't noticed any external pressure on me in this or any other case," said Zaleska, who sentenced the ex-prosecutor to 14 years in prison.
