Supreme Court judge and failed presidential candidate Stefan Harabin told a news conference on Tuesday that he is the election leader of a political party called 'Homeland' ('Vlast' in Slovak). Harabin in his press release listed Slovakia's problems, including corruption, poverty and the state of the health care and education sectors. "As a judge with 40 years of experience, I see this every day, but it hasn't ever had such monstrous dimensions before: thieves, black marketeers and a corrupt political caste have stolen our homeland," he said.
