Japan Tobacco to employ 850 people in Warsaw

Japanese cigarette manufacturer Japan Tobacco International plans to launch a centre for global business services in Warsaw, and to employ 850 people within three years, the Rzeczpospolita daily wrote on Tuesday. According to the daily, the new employees will provide expert support and manage the transaction processes of the company's international operations in the areas of finance, marketing and sales, as well as research and development, legal matters and the global supply chain.
