Jankovska appeals against her suspension as judge

Judge and former state secretary at the Justice Ministry for the Smer-SD party Monika Jankovska has filed an appeal against the decision of a disciplinary senate to suspended her as a judge, objecting against senate member Lucia Kurilovska. "The objection against professor Kurilovska will be dealt with by a senate that hasn't been determined yet..." stated Judicial Council spokesperson Veronika Muller.
