Italy sees EU recovery plan as great opportunity - Czech diplomat

One of the main goals of the Italian government in 2020 was to prepare the country for drawing finances from the European recovery plan that is considered a historic opportunity for it, Czech ambassador to Rome Hana Hubackova has told CTK. Hubackova is taking part in a Prague meeting of Czech ambassadors working in European Union member states. Prague and Rome are able to find joint arguments even in topics on which they have different stances, such as migration, Hubackova said. "We see Italy as a very strong partner," she added.
