The IT Fitness Test, aimed at testing the digital skills of students, teachers and the broader public in Slovakia, started on Monday and will last until July 31, Slovakia's IT Association vice-president Mario Lelovsky told a news conference, adding that the test also takes the current coronavirus situation into account. The test for primary school students contains 20 tasks and will assess the IT skills of pupils and how prepared they are for secondary school studies. A more demanding version for secondary school students includes 25 tasks verifying their readiness for university studies or professional life. The test is intended for all those who want to find out whether the level of their skills corresponds with current trends and the requirements of employers.
