Israel president congratulates incoming President Novak

Isaac Herzog, the president of Israel, has sent a letter congratulating Katalin Novak on her "historic and inspiring" election as Hungary's next president, and he wished her much success. In his English-language letter, Herzog called Hungary a dependable ally of Israel in international forums and a country home to one of the largest Jewish communities in Europe, Novak noted on Facebook on Wednesday.
