Interior Ministry plans to hold presidential and European elections on same day

The European Parliament elections and the second round of the presidential election are likely to be held on the same day, as the Interior Ministry has acquired political support from the coalition to link them together, the ministry press department told TASR on Friday. The coalition parties have also voiced their support for an amendment to the Constitution aimed at enabling people to vote in the presidential election via post from abroad.
