Instalments for American-produced F-16 jets to be adjusted

The Defence Ministry has agreed with its partners in the United States on adjusting Slovakia's instalments for the F-16 jets that it has purchased, ministry spokeswoman Martina Koval Kakascikova told TASR on Wednesday. Slovakia has already paid 575.3 million US dollars this year. It will have to pay 150 million next year, 285 million in 2022, 185 million in 2023, 30 million in 2024 and 10.68 million dollars in 2025. Neither the deadlines for supplying the jets nor those for paying the remaining instalments have changed.
