Inflation in Poland to drop to 4.5 pc y/y in March - Development Min

Poland's inflation will decline to about 4.5 percent year on year in March from 4.7 percent in February, the Development Ministry said in a comment to the inflation data published by the Central Statistical Office (GUS) on Friday. According to GUS, prices of consumer goods and services went up by 4.7 percent from last year and by 0.7 percent from the previous month in February. In January, the annual CPI figure was 4.3 percent and the monthly rate was 0.9 percent.
