Infamous serial killer Ondrej Rigo dies aged 66 in prison hospital

The most notorious Slovak serial killer and necrophiliac Ondrej Rigo died in Trencin prison hospital on Tuesday at the age of 66, Prison and Judicial Guard Corps spokeswoman Monika Kacvinska has confirmed for TASR, with news outlet tvnoviny.sk being the first to report on the story on Wednesday. In 1992-93, Rigo killed eight women and one boy in Germany, Slovakia and the Netherlands, sexually violating most of his victims, in addition to stealing from them.
