Indo-Pacific one of the priorities of Czech EU presidency - minister

The Indo-Pacific region is one of the priorities of the forthcoming Czech presidency of the Council of the European Union, Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky said at the opening of the two-day Prague High Level Dialogue on the Indo-Pacific on Monday. He said the EU may cooperate with the Indo-Pacific in environmental affairs, in research and innovation, in digital transformation of trade and public services. The priorities of the Czech presidency are based on the EU strategy for cooperation with the Indo-Pacific, he said, mentioning space affairs and sustainable farming, among others.
