The future Czech government is opposed to the mandatory vaccination against Covid-19 for some age groups, but the state should introduce it for certain professions if their organisations required it, the candidate for health minister, Vlastimil Valek, told reporters on Wednesday. Representatives of the future coalition government, formed by the election-winning Together or the ODS, Christian Democrats (KDU-CSL) and TOP 09 and the Pirates and Mayors and Independents (STAN), presented their plan of measures to curb the spread of the coronavirus in the country at a press conference this morning.
