Illegal migration from Czech Republic up in 2019 - German ministry

The number of migrants who illegally entered Germany from the Czech Republic increased again in 2019, reaching 3,979 in January-November, while it was 3,931 in the same period of 2018, according to the statistical figures the German Interior Ministry has released to CTK. In the first eleven months of 2019, Germany registered a total of 36,654 cases of illegal crossing of its borders, down from 38,580 (5 percent) in 2018.
