Hungary to donate 100,000 vaccine doses to Cape Verde

Hungary is donating 100,000 Covid-19 vaccine doses to Cape Verde to help the island nation in its fight against the pandemic and to help prevent the emergence of a new migration wave from there, Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said in Lisbon on Thursday. Hungary will deliver 100,000 doses of AstraZeneca's Covid jab to Cape Verde on June 8 in response to the African country's plea for help, the minister told MTI.
