Hungary's public media rejects press accusations over Eurovision

Hungary's public service media organisation firmly rejects "outrageous and unacceptable statements" published in the Hungarian and international media concerning the decision not to take part in next year's Eurovision Song Contest, public media foundation MTVA said, referring to articles in a number of Hungarian and foreign media outlets alleging that the decision not to take part in the Eurovision Song Contest was linked to the event being associated with the LGBTQ community.
