Hungary guest nights plunge 93 pc in May

Guest nights spent in Hungarian commercial accommodation in May plunged by 92.7 percent in a yearly comparison, the Central Statistical Office (KSH) said on Tuesday. The number of nights spent by foreign guests dropped by 98.4 percent and domestic guest nights were down by 85.9 percent compared with the same period the previous year. In May total revenue calculated at current prices dropped by an annual 93.4 percent.
