Hungary's cash flow-based budget, excluding local councils, ran a 303.6 billion forint deficit at the end of September, 30.4 percent of the full-year target, the finance ministry confirmed in a second reading of the data on Tuesday. The ministry noted that 464.4 billion forints of EU transfers had arrived in September, giving the general government a monthly surplus of 207.2 billion.
