Human skull found during cleaning of house cellar in Presov

A human skull has been found in the cellar of a house in Presov, the region's police spokeswoman Jana Ligdayova has told TASR, adding that the grim discovery was reported on Saturday. According to the spokeswoman, the skull was wrapped in paper and a plastic bag and placed on a shelf. The police have taken it away and sent it for forensic examination. The police have started treating the case as a homicide in the meantime.
