Hrubala, Mazak file disciplinary motion against judge Truban

Specialised Criminal Court chairman Jan Hrubala and Judicial Council chairman Jan Mazak have filed a disciplinary motion against Specialised Criminal Court judge Michal Truban over suspicion of his possible lack of impartiality in deciding on the remanding in custody of Nitra businessman Norbert B. If the suspicion is confirmed, they propose that Truban should be relegated to a lower court.
