The man identified due to legal reasons only as Martin C. who shot dead another man and injured two more at a disco in the village of Horovce on Sunday will remain in custody, a Trencin District Court decided at its closed-door session on Monday. After firing at the three men (19, 20 and 22), Martin C., 36, fled into a forest, where he was found and arrested by police after a search operation. He stands accused of murder, attempted murder and illegal possession of a firearm. If found guilty, he might receive 25 years to life.
