February 4th, 2022
World Cancer Day, marked every February 4, "reminds us how precious and fragile our health really is", Prime Minister Eduard Heger said on social media on Friday. The prime minister pointed out that more than 30,000 people are diagnosed with cancer in Slovakia every year. "Almost every family knows what it's like to have a cancer patient and lose a loved one to cancer," he said. Heger underlined that everyone should give priority to protecting health.
