Heger: Stricter measures needed to halt coronavirus spread

Members of Slovakia's government agree that more decisive action must be taken against the coronavirus and that corresponding measures must be adopted, as people aren't observing the existing pandemic response measures, Prime Minister Eduard Heger said on Monday following a meeting between the cabinet and health-care staff dedicated to the situation concerning the pandemic. In response to the recommendations made by the committee of health experts last week, Heger has tasked several ministers with drawing up submissions on how these recommendations could be put into practice.
