In reaction to Economy Minister Richard Sulik's statements regarding sanctions against Russia, Slovak Premier Eduard Heger has confirmed Slovakia's stance in connection with the annexation of Crimea and the imposition of sanctions on Russia. Sulik reportedly told Pravda daily that he views the sanctions imposed on Russia as unfortunate. "The Russians won't return Crimea anyway," Sulik told the daily, adding that the sanctions are only doing harm, as countries should trade with each other and look forward.
