Heger: EU more united than ever before

European leaders unanimously agree that Ukraine needs significant humanitarian and morale-boosting aid, Prime Minister Eduard Heger, who attended a special EU summit in Brussels on Thursday, said after the Cabinet session on Friday. According to Heger, the package of anti-Russian sanctions agreed at Thursday's extraordinary summit is intended to hit Russia's political leadership, but also its oligarchs and those who participate in the regime.
