Health Ministry: Establishment of EHU Important Step
January 31st, 2022
One important pillar of the European Health Union (EHU) will be the European Health Emergency Preparedness and Response Authority (HERA), whose aim will be to prevent, identify and respond rapidly to health emergencies, the Health Ministry press department has told TASR. The ministry views setting up the EHU as an important move, as its activities will include, in particular, joint coordination and responses to cross-border health crises, including pandemics.
