Hamran: Organiser of Spartak-Slovan match to blame for late response to brawl

Acting Police Corps chief Stefan Hamran stated on Tuesday at the session of the parliamentary education, science and sports committee that it is the organiser of the match who was responsible for the polices late response to the hooligan brawl on the pitch and violent fan behaviour that took place during the derby between FC Spartak Trnava and SK Slovan Bratislava on October 17.
