Hamacek: Firms may use Covid tests purchased for schools

Companies might use Covid tests originally purchased for schools by the Interior Ministry, as the schools are currently closed, for testing their employees for Covid-19, Deputy PM and Interior Minister Jan Hamacek told a press conference on Monday. Industry and Trade Minister Karel Havlicek asked Hamacek whether companies could use the school tests. According to the bill that the cabinet will discuss on Monday, companies with more than 250 employees would have to start compulsory testing on Wednesday instead of Friday.
