Some 48 percent of Czechs are of the view that admitting one's homosexuality does not cause any problems in a given town or village, according to a survey conducted by the CVVM polling institute in May and released on Friday. The opposite view is held by 42 percent of Czechs, mostly elderly, residents of small municipalities and those with low education. Three-fifths of Czechs believe that homosexuals should have the right to adopt the children of their partner.
