Govt spox: Poland's 2020 budget with minor deficit possible

Polish government spokesperson Piotr Mueller told a radio broadcaster on Thursday that "it is possible that Poland's budget in 2020 will have a minor deficit due to the potential lifting of the cap on social security premiums."
