Govt proposes suspending or dissolving 50 parties, movements

The Czech government suggested last night that the Supreme Administrative Court (NSS) suspend the activities of 42 political entities and dissolve eight parties and movements, the Government Office has written on its website. The government has tabled its proposition based on remarks and objections raised by the office monitoring the management of political parties. The movement List of Jaromir Soukup faces the risk of dissolution as the NSS suspended its activities in November 2020, because the movement had failed to name its bodies both in the regular six-month term and in the extra six months for rectification.
