Slovakia will extend its military representation in NATO bodies and military structures with Slovak military officers operating in Poland and Latvia after the Government approved new posts at its regular session. A military representation update was submitted for the Cabinet session by Defence Minister Peter Gajdos (a Slovak National Party/SNS nominee). The military representation will thus be completed to include Slovak soldiers' participation in the National Supportive Element of the Slovak Armed Forces at the Headquarters of Multinational Corps North-East in Szczecin, the Headquarters of Multinational Division North-East in Elblag, which are both in Poland, and the Headquarters of Multinational Battle Group in Adazi, Latvia, led by Canada.
