GA Drilling enters into USD 8 m partnership with Nabors Industries

Slovak company GA Drilling has succeeded in concluding an 8 million US dollar partnership and investment agreement with US company Nabors Industries, a strategic partnership that will accelerate the development and commercialisation of plasma drilling technology developed in Slovakia for exploiting superhot rock reservoirs located at great depths, GA Drilling has announced. The collaboration is expected to accelerate the commercialisation of plasma drilling tools, reduce the cost of ultra-deep drilling projects and expand the global availability of geothermal energy.
