Former Prague imam, his relatives charged with supporting terrorism

The High State Attorney's Office has charged former Prague imam Samer Shehadeh, his brother and his sister-in-law with supporting terrorism and forwarded their case to the Prague Municipal Court, court spokeswoman Marketa Puci confirmed to CTK on Wednesday. The three are charged with participation in a terrorist group, support and promotion of terrorism and terrorism funding. If convicted, they face a term of up to 15 years in prison.
