Former foreign minister Petricek to work in academic sphere

June 1st, 2021

Former Czech foreign minister Tomas Petricek has told CTK that he will work at the Institute of International Relations of the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University in Prague as an external lecturer from the next academic year. He said on Twitter that he was newly cooperating with this institute, but not on the basis of regular employment. In his lectures at the Institute of International Relations, Petricek, 39, will focus on "green diplomacy" and on how climate change issues are reflected in international relations and what this means for Czech foreign policy. He will work in the Centre for Global Political Economy.
