Former counter-intelligence director indicted on bribery charges

The Special Prosecutor's Office on Wednesday charged former civil counter-intelligence director Peter G. and former police officer from Bratislava Ladislav V. with a serious crime of bribery, Prosecutor-General's Office spokesman Dalibor Skladan told TASR. The two were arrested as part of an operation codenamed 'Judas' in December. As part of the same operation, the police also arrested their former chief Milan Lucansky and Slovak Intelligence Service deputy director Boris B., along with other senior figures from the security services.
