Five sites considered for National Cultural and Congress Centre in Bratislava

After two rounds of market research, five localities are at stake for setting up the National Cultural and Congress Centre (NKKC) in Bratislava, TASR learnt from the civic association NKKC. The working group addressed 13 entities with a request for co-operation on the NKKC project. Eight of the respondents showed interest in co-operating and six were able to suggest a suitable plot of land in their ownership. These were HB Reavis, Immocap, Incheba, J&T Real Estate, Lucron and the Roman Catholic Church. The working group will now gather information on the plots and possible projects in order to be able to assess the most suitable site.
