The flow of foreign direct investment into Poland decreased year on year in 2020, UNCTAD has reported, adding that global FDI flows are under severe pressure this year as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Last year FDI into Poland dropped to USD 10.08 billion from the USD 10.85 billion recorded in 2019, UNCTAD wrote in a World Investment Report 2020. At the same time, the FDI outflow from Poland grew to USD 1.8 billion in 2020 from USD 1.29 billion recorded in 2019, UNCTAD reported.
